Kylie's team played Yew Chung on Tuesday at the Semi Finals.  They won!!

Playdate with India and Zoe on Wednesday. 

They boys played well and were happy to be in the final!

Object lesson time....the kids were very eager to participate and share stories:-)

We gave out red packets with chocolate money and fish to all the kids for Chinese New Years.

On Saturday Kylie, Rachel and I went to Lai Chi Kok park.

A great place to run around:-) Almost reminds me of Saskatchewan in the fall. 

Love that the weather is cooler but warm enough for flowers:-)

I really like the Chinese style buildings in this park.

Rachel bought some flowers and we tried to sew the petals into dresses.  This was Rachel's idea!!

Lai Chi Kok Park!

We made 2 dresses and they actually turned out alright.  Rachel liked working with the needle.  

A friend gave Rachel a big bag of books on Saturday and we spent a lot of the day reading them.

 I taught Sunday School and we had about 17 kids.  We thought it would be quiet but we still had a good group.

Kylie, Rachel and I had a big week of basketball and friends.  We are thankful that CNY holidays are here and we can finally relax:-) We are looking forward to having Kylie at home and exploring more of the city.  Lots of love,

CAIS vs. Island School on Monday.  We won and are now in the semi finals.

Rachel and I went to visit Glenda and Aimee's bunny rabbits on Monday.  

This bunny, Lerma, is very sick and stays in her bed all day.  Rachel loved her:-)

 Cake time:-)  Layla had an Ariel party with a princess cake.  It was really fun!

 After the party....I discovered Rachel and Layla has covered their bodies in stamps!!! And then continued to cover their friends Annika and Leila:-)

 Rachel and I went to visit another friend Isabella in Discovery Bay after the 2 parties. We had a BIG day!

This has been a great week! We have had so much fun wandering all over the city:-)

We have one more big week before Chinese New Year holidays begin.  Kylie and I are very excited to have a quiet week at home! Although I am sure we will find some things to do:-)
