This Friday was the school supper in Fanling.
Kylie, Rachel and I all signed up to play golf.  We had a blast!!
Can u believe that even Rachel got some lessons from the instructor:-)
Rachel, Annika and Leila coloring before the supper.
The food is always very good at the Country Club!
A rainy Sunday morning in Cyberport.
I ran my first 5k this morning with some friends.  It was a lot of fun!!
I did pretty good considering that there were some BIG hills to climb!!
We did it!!! So much fun to run with friends.

Kylie, Rachel and I had a good week.  Kylie spent a lot of time getting ready for camp.  He is prepared for another year of rain (which he is not too thrilled about).  Please pray that the rain holds off for at least a week so that the kids can get out and be active!!  If it rains, this will be the 3rd year in a row!!
I finished my last Sparkle session this week.  I am glad to be done leading for the time being and can't wait to be a helper in the background:-)
Please pray for my parents as they leave for a Panama cruise this week.  They will be going with a bunch of friends.  It is perfect timing with all of the snow they have in Saskatchewan!!
Please also pray for my next 10k run in December.  I am going to run the race and try raise money for a friend who just found out she has breast cancer.  If you can help by praying and or with money please let me know.  I appreciate your help and your support!
Lots of love,
Kylie, Jocelyn and Rachel

Week 3 of school

 Nap time in prep:-)
What we do before school starts:-)
Making wedding dresses out of toilet paper in Sunday school. We learned about Jesus turning water to wine at a wedding:-)
Rachel was the model in her group.  Look at her wonderful wedding dress:-)
Eating out at Taco Chaca after church.....our new favorite Mexican restaurant:-)

This has been a great week at school.  Rachel is settling well into prep and enjoys going to school.  She especially likes chapel and PE when Kylie teaches her:-)  She does not like Mandarin but I think peer pressure has a bit to do with that!
Kylie is getting ready for camp at full speed these days.  Camps starts on November 11th and is a lot of work but he seems to be on schedule:-)
I am really enjoying my grade 3 class and learn new things about this grade every day. I am about to start my 4th week in the classroom and so far it has been great.  My last week of leading Sparkle will be next week and I am really looking forward to being a helper instead of leader:-)
Have a great week!
Love,
Kylie, Jocelyn and Rachel

We carved a pumpkin this week.
We went to a dress up party this weekend in Discovery Bay!

Good weather, LOTS of fun, Great friends!!

This has been a great week of work, friends and fun.  I am not sure if many of you know this but I took a maternity leave position at the school until December.  Rachel has been going to Kindergarten and so far we all love going to work together!!  This week has had many ups and a few downs but we are thankful to serve a God who loves us and listens to our prayers.
Blessings,
Kylie, Jocelyn and Rachel

"I am the LORD, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me, so that from the rising of the sun to the place of its setting men may know there is none besides me. I am the LORD, and there is no other."

I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me -- the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace.
